Return and exchange policy
I am always happy to process returns or exchanges providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, I do not accept any returns on sale items.
I understand that prints can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. I strive to represent the artwork to you as best as I can, however, there might be some discrepancies in overall colour and texture of the print. Please contact me at Julia@auwildflowers.art or using Contact form if you are unsatisfied with the quality, have any size issues or simply changed your mind so we could work out the best way to handle it. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
This policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED
Save all the original packaging.
To provide evidence of any damage, please take numerous photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Email Julia@auwildflowers.art to provide your order and contact details and to tell me about the problem.
I will contact you within two business days to discuss what the next steps will be.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
